Looking At The Sky On Friday

Initialized by Marytheteach, please see the SHENZHEN SKY in the morning and beyond.

A promising MORNING SKY as backdrop to my budding grape vines taken from my pocket garden at my Home Away From Home.. This also signifies the coming of spring and the start of the new beginning.

Shenzhen's gloomy AFTERNOON SKY taken in another angle on the very same day.. Sometimes things don't end up as we hope to be.. Don't you agree..?

Love the sky pictures. It gives me the idea of doing such a post too! I like that. And Loida, thank you so much for putting my Etsy shop in your list of favorite links. You are just so sweet!! I fear I have neglected my shop of late. There has not been much time for creating, and my poor shop is woefully behind in new items listed.

Also I love your book shelf. I see that you have The Geisha book. I have not read it yet, but as you know I do love the movie. I will have to look around through all my books, and see if there aren't some John Grisham ones there for you. My mother used to love to read him and she gave me many of her books.

Have a good day dear friend, Debby

I love the photos of the sky. I see the promise. And, yes, sometimes things don't end up like we hope; these photos tell that story with clarity.

You have been looking at the sky today, and all the way around the world (Florida, USA) I have just come inside from looking at the sky tonight! There is a new crescent moon with brilliant Venus just at her right side.
Such a heavenly show!

Taking picture of the sky used to be a favorite thing for me to do. It's been so long..you made me want to do it again. Especially when there are heavy dark clouds in the sky. I love the song "Clouds" too. As a child I loved to lay on my back and imagine what the different shapes meant. I remember one day so clearly when I saw a perfect picture of a mother and a cradle. It's funny that I remember it when I was only about 6 years old. :) Nice memory. Perhaps it was to tell me of days to come.
I so appreciate you putting me in contact with Joanne. It has helped me greatly! I am indebted to you. Sending you a warm hug!

My sweet friend...one more thing.
About moving. You probably already know this..but ..when one door closes..another door opens. The adventures that lay ahead of you may bring you great joy. To move to the unknown is brave. You might not feel brave, but you really are. :) Wonderful things and times are in store for you. No doubt about it.
Love,
Mona
